TEACHERS' DAY CELEBRATION

Our school celebrated the teachers’ day program on 7th September, 2022, with great enthusiasm. The entire program was planned and organised by the cabinet ministers of the school under the guidance of our Principal Sr. Sushmita. The theme for the celebration was GEMS. The program was held on the ground, the students had gathered near the main stage area for the celebration. The stage was beautifully decorated with flowers, banners, and festoons. A warm welcome with flowers, cards and gifts was a pleasant surprise for all the teachers, which made all of them feel nothing less than a celebrity. The program started sharp at 8 a.m. with a beautiful prayer service. Students from class I to X performed cultural activities such as dance, songs, poem, skits and speeches for the teachers. Vote of thanks towards the end of the program was given by Tr. Sreelata Nair. After the cultural program the class teachers proceeded towards their classrooms where the children celebrated this special day along with their teachers. The PTA members as well had left no stones unturned to make this event a memorable one for all .The Manager Sr. Elita and Principal Sr. Sushmita was honoured by the PTA with a shawl as a mark of gratitude towards them on this special occassion .They had arranged fun games for all the teachers. All the teachers enjoyed and appreciated the program. Gifts were given to the whole staff by the PTA members. Finally the program concluded with the national anthem followed by a group photo and lunch.
