Talent Hunt is an event, which gives a platform to students to represent their talents in any field. It not only helps the participating students to show their abilities but also motivates other students, to come forward and show their hidden potential.Carmel Convent High School, Kalamboli conducted the “Talent Search Programme” on 12th November 2022 Saturday, for classes I to IV on Dancing, Singing, Mimicry/Acting, and Best out of waste.
Dance Competition: - The Competition was conductedin the school ground floor hall.Mrs. Vincy, Mrs. Yogita, and Mrs. Misbha were invited as the judges. Judges were felicitated with beautiful greeting cards and flowers.Dancers don't need wings to fly; so were the participants who came well-dressed for their dance numbers. Boosting their confidence and expressions they won everyone’s attention with their tapping feet. The competition ended up with a Vote Of Thanks by Tr. Sajitha.
Singing Competition: - The Competition was conducted on the 1st floor in the Music room.
Ms. Mercy and Mrs. Vency were invited as the judges.All participants sang well and also showed their mastery over voice modulation, pitch, rhythm, and tone.Each participant had a euphonious voice which soothed everyone’s heart.The competition ended up with a Vote Of Thanks by Tr.Reshmi.
Mimicry/Acting Competition:The Competition was conducted on the 3rd-floor hall.Mrs. Rita and Mrs. Amreen were invited as the judges. Judges were felicitated with beautiful greeting cards, flowers, and pens.All participants acted withthe versatile talent of Mimicry. It was so nice to see the little stars acting in different characters like Jijamata, Dora cartoon, Maths teacher, Famous Bollywood actor, etc.The competition ended up with a Vote Of Thanks by Tr.Madhu.
Best out of waste: - The Competition was conducted in the middle quadrangle ground stage.
Tr. Shailaja and Tr. Pooja wereinvited as judges.All the participants showed their creativity and innovativeness and made beautiful and useful things out of waste materials such as Pen holders, Tabla, Rabbit, Airplane, etc. The competition ended up with a Vote Of Thanks by Tr. Harshada.
For all the categories mentioned above,the Best 3 winners’ names were going to get announced during the class assembly.What a beautiful payoff for all that hard work!
