PATRIOTIC SINGING COMPETITION FOR REPUBLIC DAY

Music is beneficial for children as it not only develops their aesthetic sense, but also the key to creativity. It is one of the most beloved human experiences and plays an important role in the education of a child by providing it an opportunity of self- expression. A patriotic singing competition was organised on 24th January, 2023 to encourage patriotism in every child. Grade I to VIII participated in the competition. Mrs. Luiza and Mrs. Arcanj were invited as the judges. All the classes were prepared well for the competition and a wide range of songs were presented. Their songs invoked strong sense of patriotism in each one. It was a great show and the entire school was involved in cheering, encouraging and appreciating the performances. The programme concluded with the motivational words spoken by the judges.Tereza Ma’am announced the winners for the patriotic singing competition. The winners of the competition were: 1st Prize – VII A 2nd Prize – VI B And VIIC 3rd Prize – VIII B And VIIIC.
